Simple, if you’re unhappy with your clean send us pictures within 48 hours. We will review and send the cleaner back out to correct.
Do you use your own cleaning equipment and supplies?
Yes. We supply everything for your convenience. Our home cleaning professionals use only quality products and the best equipment possible to ensure everything is done properly.
The only event where we may not provide products is if a customer has special requests and wants us to use something they provide.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
Each and every cleaning professional that we hire is experienced and professional, background and reference checked, and interviewed by us. We believe that your trust and security come first, therefore, we hold our cleaning professionals to the highest standards, please read our T&C’s for more information.
